Public offer: creation of a digital illustrated story
This is an English summary. The Russian version prevails.
1. General
This is a public offer by the provider listed in section 12 to any person to enter into a service agreement on the terms below. Placing an order on the website and paying for it constitutes acceptance. The provider is a self-employed individual (professional income tax regime), not a VAT payer.
2. Service
The provider creates a digital manhwa-style illustrated story (vertical comic) based on your photos and story idea and delivers it electronically (PDF and JPG). The scope (panels, heroes, extras, rounds of fixes, timing) is defined by the package description published on the website at the time of order. Images are made with image-generation tools; the likeness is artistic, not documentary.
3. Ordering
You fill in the form (name, contact, language, occasion, story idea, 1–4 photos, package, consent). An order page with a private link, status and payment button opens. The provider may clarify details via your contact or decline the order before work starts with a full refund.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown on the website and fixed on the order page when you place the order. 100% prepayment by bank card or SBP via YooKassa using the “Pay now” button on the order page. After payment, a self-employed receipt from the “My Tax” app is sent to your email or contact.
5. Timing
From payment: Mini and Story — 2 to 4 days; Gift — 24 hours. Time spent waiting for your answers and on fixes extends the term.
6. Delivery
The files become available for download on the order page (and in “My orders”), and the order link is sent to your contact. Nothing is shipped physically. The service is deemed rendered once the files are available and the link is sent; if no defects are reported within 3 days, it is deemed accepted.
7. Fixes
Free rounds of fixes depend on the package (Story — one, Gift — two). A fix means changing individual panels or lines within the original idea. Defects under 8.3 are fixed free in any package.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Before work starts — full refund. After work starts and before delivery — refund minus the provider's actual costs. After delivery — no refund, except for defects: damaged or unopenable files, less content than the package states, or a result that does not match the order; in such cases the provider fixes the defect or refunds, at your choice. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 days of the request.
9. Rights
You may use the result for personal non-commercial purposes (keep, print, gift, post on personal social media). Commercial use requires the provider's written consent. The provider never publishes the result or your photos without your separate consent.
10. Your responsibility
You confirm you have the right to use the photos and that everyone pictured (or their legal guardians) agrees. You are responsible for third-party claims related to the photos and description.
11. Personal data
Your personal data is processed under the Privacy policy.
