Privacy policy

This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and describes how we process the personal data of users of https://mymanhwa.ru.

2. What we collect

  • your name;
  • your contact: email or Telegram username;
  • account email and password, if you register (the password is stored only as a one-way hash);
  • photos of the heroes and the story idea you send with the order;
  • technical data: IP address, session and language cookies.

Photos are used only to draw illustrations, never to identify anyone.

3. Purposes

To perform the agreement (create and deliver your order, contact you about it), accept payment and send the receipt, run your account and “My orders”, and protect the site from abuse. We never use your data for marketing, publish your photos or share data except as described in section 5.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the order form, and performance of the agreement you are a party to. By sending photos of other people you confirm they agreed.

5. Storage and transfers

Personal data is recorded and stored in databases on servers located in the Russian Federation. Payments are processed by YooKassa; the site never receives card data. To create the illustrations, photos and the story idea (without your name or contacts) may be sent to image-generation services, including ones outside Russia; your consent covers this transfer.

6. Retention

Photos are deleted 30 days after delivery or cancellation. Order data is kept as long as needed to perform the agreement and handle claims, but no longer than 3 years. Account data — until you ask us to delete the account. Session cookie — up to 7 days.

7. Your rights

You may request information about the processing, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and complain to the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) or a court. Write to the contact in section 1; we reply within 10 business days.

8. Security

Only the controller can access photos and order data; connections use HTTPS; passwords are hashed; photos are stored outside public access.
